Iridescent Abalone Shell Dangle Earrings
Rough and irregular
shaped, these natural abalone shell earrings glow with a beautiful
iridescence and rainbow of colors. Famous for it's mother-of-pearl
colors, it's used world-wide in jewelry, inlay work and other
decoration. Each one features two pieces of shell, one larger and
one smaller. Because of the natural variation of the shell, each
piece is unique. Abalone is also known as Paua shells in New Zealand
and comes from a mollusk sea snail shell. The color in the photos do
NOT due these earrings justice.
Total length is
around 1 3/4" making them the perfect size for day or night wear.
