Green Aventurine Gemstone Necklace with Tree of Life Pendant and Copper Accents

This beautiful memory wire necklace is inspired by the amazing colors of Spring and Nature. Featuring a hand woven Tree of Life pendant and coordinating necklace, this compete piece is a very unique one-of-a-kind creation.

The Tree of Life is a concept that's been featured in myth, story and legend literally all around the world. Since ancient times, people have used variations on the theme. Connecting all things - the realms of the spirit, the physical, the Divine and the mundane - the roots of the Tree and the branches touch all things and bring them together in harmony.

This pendant is handmade using painstaking wire-wrapping techniques. Copper wire frames and encircles the pendant, and is then used as the roots, trunk and branches of the tree. Green Aventurine is a natural gemstone containing a large quantity of quartz. Considered the stone of luck and chance, it's also said to increase your perception and insight. It's also the stone associated with the heart chakra.

The necklace is beaded in two sizes of Green Aventurine. Each piece of aventurine has variations of tone and intensity. (While a paler tone of green, it is a little more colorful than the photos show. Sadly, it just doesn't photograph terribly well and the copper accents were throwing off the color balance of the image. The close-up gives you a better color representation.) It's accented with copper and finished with a copper toggle clasp. Each pendant is fully hand crafted and thus one-of-a-kind. No two are alike. The necklace is 16.5" in length and the pendant is 1.5" x 1.5"
