Rainbow Moonstone Gemstone Necklace with Tree of Life Pendant on Memory Wire Choker

This beautiful memory wire necklace features stunning genuine rainbow moonstone gemstones. Featuring a hand woven Tree of Life pendant and coordinating necklace, this compete piece is a very unique one-of-a-kind creation.

The Tree of Life is a concept that's been featured in myth, story and legend literally all around the world. Since ancient times, people have used variations on the theme. Connecting all things - the realms of the spirit, the physical, the Divine and the mundane - the roots of the Tree and the branches touch all things and bring them together in harmony.

This pendant is handmade using painstaking wire-wrapping techniques. Non-tarnish silver wire frames and encircles the pendant, and is then used as the roots, trunk and branches of the tree. Rainbow moonstone is an amazing stone that's almost impossible to photograph. The stone is "alive" with iridescent fire and a color shift towards blue in various types of light. Moonstone is of course associated with the Moon and with the Goddess Diana. It's a powerful stone said to protect those of a sensitive nature and bring good emotions to the wearer. The moonstone is said to help one perceive that which "is" and is an excellent choice for meditation or self awareness. Because of it's tie to emotions and the moon, it's said to be a woman's gemstone.

The necklace is beaded in random chip rainbow moonstones on the pendant and round rainbow moonstones on the necklace. Each piece of rainbow moonstone shifts color as light plays on it giving it a range from partially opaque white to a fiery blue. The color is MUCH more amazing than I was able to photograph. Each pendant is fully hand crafted and thus one-of-a-kind. No two are alike. The memory wire easily accommodates a range of neck sizes. The pendant is 1.5" x 1.5"
